Candidates Requirements:
• Fluent or native French (verbal and written)
• Good command of English
• Preferably based in the Netherlands
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to use the phone system
• Flexibility with regards to shifts

Interview Process:
• 1st Interview is over the phone
• 2nd Interviews take place on-site in Venlo, along with a customer service assessment.
